Our family prepares for the guests a rich plateau with our artisanal cheese and some exceptional, local, home-grown products. In detail, the tasting includes about 9 kinds of cheese (depending on the season), 2 kinds of honey, fig marmelade, dry fruit, breadsticks, wine, tomatoes with olive oil and herbs and fruit liqueur. All these traditional, local tastes lead our guests to an ultimate experience of the heart of Ios island and Greek philoxenia at its best.
